Who Needs Post Call Notes?

Does you new patient need a post-call addendum or note?

Are they in the ICU? The ICU resident will write one, on weekdays.  Weekends YOU need to.
Are they on MSDU or 2M?  In that case, they only need a addendum if they had a major event overnight.
