Who Needs a Discharge Summary?

Patients that are transferred from medicine to 2P (Pscyh) do NOT need a d/c summary, although a day of tranfer note is often helpful.

Patients who are tranferred to the CLC DO need a discharge summary, as this is a separate admission.
